1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Acadlix WordPress Plugin (“Plugin”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use or install the Plugin.
2. License Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of websites permitted by your purchased license (e.g., single-site, 5-site, or 25-site).
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the Plugin;
Reverse engineer, modify, or disassemble the Plugin;
Remove or obscure copyright or proprietary notices;
Use the Plugin to build a competing service.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin, including code, design, branding, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Yuvayana Tech and Craft Pvt. Ltd. Your license does not grant ownership or intellectual property rights.
5. Global Use and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Plugin complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including:
GDPR (European Union)
CCPA (California, USA)
Indian IT Act and related laws
Export control regulations and sanctions compliance
6. Updates and Compatibility
We may release updates, enhancements, or security patches. It is your responsibility to:
Apply updates as appropriate;
Ensure compatibility with your WordPress version, themes, and plugins.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities or malfunctions caused by third-party software or improper updates.
7. Support Terms
Support is available to license holders under the following conditions:
Method: Support is provided via email and ticket-based system only. No phone or live chat support is guaranteed.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays).
Scope: Installation issues, bug reporting, and guidance on using existing features.
Exclusions: Custom development, third-party conflicts, server-level issues, or modifications not provided by us.
8. Fair Use & Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to limit or suspend support if, in our sole judgment:
Requests are excessive or repetitive;
The tone becomes abusive, threatening, or unreasonable;
You engage in misuse of support channels or attempt unauthorized modifications.
In such cases, support may be paused or terminated without notice or refund.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Plugin may integrate with or rely upon third-party services such as payment gateways, email platforms, or analytics tools.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of these third-party services.
Any use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee continued compatibility with any third-party service.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase, only if:
The Plugin fails to work as documented, and
Our support team cannot resolve the issue.
No refunds are given for:
Change of mind;
Incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins;
Server limitations;
Lack of technical knowledge.
11. Termination
We may terminate your license and this Agreement if you breach any term herein. Upon termination:
Your access to updates and support will be revoked;
You must delete all copies of the Plugin;
Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law will survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all environments.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin in the last 12 months.
Your legal rights under consumer protection laws in your country remain unaffected.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuvayana Tech and Craft Pvt. Ltd., its directors, and employees from any claim, damage, liability, or loss arising from your:
Violation of these terms;
Use or misuse of the Plugin;
Violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
We do not collect personal data directly through the Plugin. If you collect or process personal data on your website using the Plugin, you are solely responsible for GDPR, CCPA, and other legal compliance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless local law in your country mandates otherwise for consumers.
17. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Plugin after changes indicates your acceptance.
