Acadlix allows you to customize quiz settings at the subject level by using subject-wise actions. Admin can set subject wise timing and specific number of questions in a quiz. This feature allows you to create structured, multi-subject exams like SSC, IBPS, JEE, and more.
Note: Currently these settings are available only for advance mode.
Subject-Wise Timing
Purpose: Set individual time limits for each subject within a quiz.
How it works:
- Define how many minutes a user can spend on each subject.
- Once the time runs out, the quiz automatically moves to the next subject.
Use Cases:
- Competitive exams: Mimic real-world tests where each section has a fixed time — e.g., 20 minutes for Math, 15 minutes for Reasoning.
- Skill-based tests: Allow flexibility by giving more time to complex subjects.

Subject-Wise Specific Number of Questions
Purpose: Limit how many questions from each subject are shown during a quiz attempt.
How it works:
- Set the total number of questions to be pulled from each subject.
- Useful for quizzes pulling from large question banks — ensuring each subject is fairly represented.
Use Cases:
- Randomized quizzes: Ensure balance by pulling, for example, 10 questions from Math, 5 from Science, and 5 from English.
- Custom weightage: Adjust question counts based on the importance of each subject.
